How It Works
The Application
Tell us about yourself and your idea. We do not need a 50-page business plan; we need a clear vision and a concrete plan of action.
The Selection
This is a competitive process designed to find the most dedicated local leaders. We review every application thoroughly. Shortlisted candidates get a Zoom interview.
The Spark
You receive a micro-grant ranging from $500 to $2,000 to kickstart your pilot project. This is seed money to prove your concept works.
The Support
You are not doing this alone. We offer a genuine partnership. We connect you with tools, ongoing coaching, and a network of other Agents to help you overcome obstacles and really implement your vision for lasting impact.
The Story
We want the world to see what you build. We expect you to take photos, record videos, and share updates. You capture the progress, and we will help you tell the story.
The Playbook
Real change needs a map. We ask every Agent to create a simple Playbook (recipe) on how you pulled it off. Your win becomes a tool for someone else to start a step ahead.
